How we get your order to you
Congratulations! You made a great choice in choosing Safety Brands. We're the UK's trusted number one for Work Shoes and PPE. We understand that once you order your new Safety Shoes getting them quickly and without fuss is a priority and that matters to us. With that in mind, our FREE standard delivery is by Royal Mail 48 Hour. That means, if you order before 12 noon, you should receive your order within 2 working days. If you require delivery even quicker you can choose to upgrade to Royal Mail 24 hour. Again, if you order before 12 noon, you should receive your order the next working day. For your piece of mind both services provide tracking information because it's important to know exactly where your order is and when it will arrive.
Standard delivery is FREE and you can upgrade to the 24 hour service for just £2.99. If your order total is £75 or more, we will upgrade you to 24 hour tracked for FREE!
What if I need to send them back?
We REALLY want our customers to be happy and enjoy both the great safety shoes we sell and an outstanding customer service experience. When you are unhappy, that makes us unhappy and we want to make things right. Having said that, we realise that sometimes your purchase may just not work for you and you need to return them to us.
Safety Brands offer a 30 day returns policy, which means you may return any item to us within 30 days of receipt of your order for a refund, provided that the product is returned to us in the condition it arrived to you. That means undamaged, worn only to test fit and comfort, and with the original box and any labels or packaging.
You don't need to contact us before your return, but you can if you'd rather talk to us first. Just use second class postage from the post office and pop your details inside the return so that we know who it's from. You'll need to allow up to 72hrs from receipt of your return for the refund to be processed.
Please note that you are responsible for the postage cost of your return and ensuring that it arrives safely to us. For a smooth process we always recommend using a tracked service just in case things go astray. Unfortunately items do go missing in the post sometimes.
